Quotes and prices
We agree on a fixed price in writing before work starts. Your quote sets out the package, the work included and the timeline.
Payment
You pay 50% to start and 50% at launch. Your site goes live after we receive the final payment.
What's included and changes
Your project includes the items listed in your chosen package and written quote. We keep refining the design and content until you're happy with it, within the work agreed in your quote. New features or extra pages are quoted before we start them.
Your content
You provide the text, photos and other content needed for your site. You confirm that you own this content or have permission to use it and share it with us for the project.
Ownership
After full payment, the website and domain are yours. If you decide to leave, we hand everything over so you can move to another provider.
Hosting and care plan
Hosting and care costs $69 per month. It includes hosting, security updates, backups and up to an hour of small changes each month. You can cancel with 30 days' notice.
Limits of liability
We take care with our work, but we cannot promise that a website will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that the law does not allow us to limit.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will show the revised date on this page. Changes to work already agreed in writing must be agreed with you.
